He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Uyo, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Certified Microfinance Professional of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He started his professional career as an Audit Senior at Chidi Otumba Chartered Accountants and also worked as a Management Consultant at Treasurehall Consulting. He worked as a  customer service executive at MTN Nigeria Communications before joining Fidelity bank as internal control officer for different head office divisions like Treasury, Financial control, International Operations, Domestic Accounting etc. He is also the Director of Finance in Everyday Foods Group where he also functions as the chief strategist and business transformation facilitator over the years.

His marketing experience was as a Regional SME sales Manager for same bank in Lagos and Abuja on different occasions and relationship manager at the branch. He has also won several awards including NYSC community award for his farm project in Bauchi state. He is a good team player and also has a strong entrepreneurial drive.
